Shipping the Hoops

Once we receive your order, we securely wrap each pair of hoops in a clear bag and place the bag into one of our signature black velvet jewellery pouches.

The pouch is then placed into one of our black luxury bespoke shopping bags; featuring thick black chord and embossed with metallic logos.

We tie a gift tag onto the bag with our black satin ribbon, leaving the tag blank for you to write your personal message or we are more than happy to hand-write the note for you!

Delivery

The delivery charge for the UK & Ireland is FREE. 

If you place your order by 3pm GMT, we will dispatch the same day (excluding weekends and public holidays).

We dispatch all orders using First Class Royal Mail Tracked Service (unless other arrangements are requested, eg Guaranteed Next Day before 1pm for £6.50 or Saturdays before 11am for £11.50, collection from one of our stores in London or a courier service).

Please make sure that someone will be at the address as a signature is always required.

The delivery charge for Europe is £9.95 and the rest of the world is £12.00. 

You will receive an email when your order has been sent out containing a tracking number to track your delivery online.

Please note, all orders are subject to availability of products; we endeavour to deliver your purchased jewellery within two working days from receiving your order. We will contact you within 24 hours if we do not have stock of the specific item of jewellery.
