Ordering from The Hoop Station is easy! Simply browse our collection, select your favourite hoops, add them to your cart. Once you are fully hoopstatic (!) with your selection, please proceed to checkout, where you’ll be prompted to enter your shipping and payment details. Once your order is confirmed, we’ll handle the rest.
What should I do if I lost one hoop?
SOS Lost a Hoop Drama? No worries! We offer single hoop replacements for select styles. Check our “Single Hoop Earrings” section, or contact us if you need help finding a match.
Do you offer free shipping?

Are you buying the hoops as gift? Is your order a gift? Let us know and we will add a gift bag!
Can I pick up my order locally?
Yes, we offer local pick-up options. Just select “Local Pickup” at checkout, and we’ll prepare your order for collection.
What if the metal colours look different in real life ?
We strive to display the metal colour of the earrings as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings. If you’re unsure about a colour, feel free to contact us and we can do a video-call.
Do you offer custom sizing for hoops?
We understand that finding the perfect hoop size is essential! While we have a range of sizes, we also offer a free hoop sizing tool. Visit our “Hoop Sizer” page to request yours, or use our size guide for help choosing the right size. We will send your our bespoke Hoop ruler the same day Free of charge without a purchase being required.
How do I care for my hoop earrings?
