How does The Hoop Station ship orders within the UK?
We dispatch UK orders with Royal Mail 24 or 48 "Tracked & Signed" service. If you are London-based, we offer a 'pick up' service. Please select 'pickup' at checkout and we will send you details as soon as your hoops are ready to collect.

Can I choose a different delivery method?
Yes, we’re happy to accommodate alternative delivery options, such as courier services. Just let us know your preference at checkout, and we’ll make the necessary arrangements.

When will my order be shipped?
We strive to process all orders within 1-2 working days. You will receive an email once your order is dispatched.

What if my item is out of stock?
Our online inventory is updated regularly. However in some cases certain hoops may be temporarily out of stock. If this occurs, we’ll notify you promptly and provide an estimated restock date or alternative options.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive Royal Mail tracking via email, allowing you to monitor its progress until it reaches your destination. If you have purchased hoops as a gift, we will track your order for you.
