Returns Policy
Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to exchange earrings. However, if there is a fault or they are unworn we are more than happy to exchange or fully refund your item.
Goods must be returned unworn within 30 days of receipt.
Please make sure that you keep all packaging and return the goods in the same condition in which they were received.
In the UK, all jewellery should be returned by Royal Mail to ensure a secure and traceable delivery. For Europe and Worldwide orders, please ensure your method of return is tracked and insured to the value of the purchase.

We are unable to accept responsibility for the non-arrival of returned goods unless sent as stated.
Refunds processed within 30 days of receipt of returned items and will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card. The delivery charges for the original order will not be refunded. International customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable for shipments outside the European community.
Breakages or Faulty Items
Please inform us of all breakages within 48 hours of receiving the order. We advise customers to inspect their purchase before disposing of original packaging. Faulty Items will only be accepted if the goods are delivered to the customer damaged or if there is a subsequent manufacturing fault within a period of six months. All items will be inspected and if deemed to be subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.
